Two Minnesota laws, passed in 2017, prohibit the Legislature or any State Agency from contracting with any business or vendor that supports BDS (Boycotts, Divestment and Sanctions) or "discriminates" against Israel. Similar laws in states across the U.S. violate free speech rights protected by the First Amendment. Learn about the laws and efforts to have them repealed.
